At Create With Pais, every order is thoughtfully handmade and carefully prepared with attention to detail. Because many of our items are custom-made or made to order, all sales are final.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations once an order has been placed. Please double-check the following information before check out:

Custom & Personalized Orders

Custom and personalized items are created specifically for you and cannot be resold. Because of this, all personalized orders are final sale.

Ready To Ship Orders

Ready To Ship items are processed quickly- within 24 hours- which means cancellations cannot be accommodated once an order is placed.

Damaged Orders

Orders are packaged carefully to help ensure they arrive safely. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• your order number
• photos of the packaging

• photos of the damaged item

Damage claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Shipping Responsibility

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier and tracking has been provided, Create With Pais is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages or carrier-related issues. However, we will always do our best to help customers navigate shipping concerns when possible.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping information at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees.

Watch Live On TikTok Add-On

Customers who purchase the “Watch It Be Made Live On TikTok” add-on will receive a direct message with their scheduled live creation date and time, along with one alternative viewing opportunity if needed.

If both scheduled viewing opportunities are missed, the order will still be completed within 24 hours following the missed alternative date and shipped as normal. This add-on is non-refundable.

Handmade Item Disclaimer

Please remember that all items are handmade. Minor variations in placement, color, texture or finish may naturally occur and are part of the uniqueness of handmade products.

Cup Care Instructions

To help preserve the quality and longevity of your cup:

• Hand wash only
• Do not soak

• Do not place in dishwasher

• Avoid extreme heat exposure

• Not microwave safe

• Handle with care

Our cups are BPA free, food safe and designed for both hot and cold beverages unless otherwise stated.
