ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Ready To Ship Orders: 1 business day

Custom / Build A Cup Orders: 3–5 business days

The rare time these change, customers will be notified as per case. We operate as a solo business owner, from marketing, creating, packaging, and sometimes we take vacations or have family illness. Rare- but we are human too! We will always communicate these times.

SHIPPING LOCATIONS

Currently shipping within Canada only. Plans to extend shipping regions are in the works!

SHIPPING METHOD

All orders are shipped with tracked shipping through Canada Post. (should strike take place, alternative tracked shipping will be offered. At that time, shipping cost may change).

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on customer address and size. Shipping is calculated by carrier.

ORDER TRACKING

Tracking information is automatically sent once your order has shipped.

SHIPPING DELAYS

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, shipping timelines are estimates and may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, weather or high-volume periods.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping fees to be resent.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Once orders have been handed over to the shipping carrier, Create With Pais is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages or delivery issues. However, we will always do our best to assist customers when possible.

DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and damaged item so we can review the issue.
